B. Software License (EULA)
Any software that is made available to download from this website ("Software") is the copyrighted work of FreeEd4Med.

3. User Content & FreeEd4Med Assets
A. Your User-Generated Content
We claim no ownership over the original content you create using the FreeEd Media SuperTool.
- Your Data: Because our tool runs locally on your machine, you retain full copyright and ownership of the original files, text, and media you bring into the software or create from scratch.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you create or process does not violate the copyright or rights of others.
B. FreeEd4Med Assets
The Software may contain or provide access to pre-loaded media assets, including but not limited to music tracks, sound effects, images, video templates, and graphics owned by FreeEd4Med ("FreeEd4Med Assets").
- Ownership: FreeEd4Med retains all ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to all FreeEd4Med Assets.
- License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these Assets within your projects created using the FreeEd Media SuperTool.
- Restrictions: You may not extract, separate, distribute, or sell the FreeEd4Med Assets as standalone files outside of the content you create. (For example: You can use our music in a video you make, but you cannot sell our music mp3 file on its own).
4. Prohibited Conduct
In using our website and software, you agree not to:
- Use the tools for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
- Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.

- Official Substantiation: We use your data to provide written acknowledgment for charitable contribution deductions as required by the IRS for your personal tax records.
C. Tax Reporting & Compliance
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are required to comply with Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations.
- Schedule B (Form 990): For donors who contribute $5,000 or more (in money or property) during a tax year, we are legally required to list your name and address on IRS Schedule B.
- Privacy of Schedule B: While we must file this with the IRS, the IRS does not make this information available to the public. Your personal details on this form remain confidential between FreeEd4Med and the IRS.

End User License Agreement (EULA)
Software: FreeEd Media SuperTool
Version: 1.0 (and all subsequent updates)
Developer: FreeEd4Med
IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between You (either an individual or a single entity) and FreeEd4Med ("Licensor") for the "FreeEd Media SuperTool" software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software").
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
FreeEd4Med grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial, or educational purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software or make the Software available to any third party.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of FreeEd4Med or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Software.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT OWNERSHIP
A. Software Ownership
The Software, including all code, architecture, user interfaces, and design, is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold. All title and copyrights in and to the Software are owned by FreeEd4Med.
B. FreeEd4Med Assets

4. PRIVACY AND DATA SOVEREIGNTY
Local Processing Only: The Software is designed to respect your privacy. It runs locally on your device (Linux, macOS, or Windows).
- No Data Collection: FreeEd4Med does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, project files, or media created or processed within the Software.
- User Responsibility: Because the Software operates locally without cloud backups, you are solely responsible for backing up your own data and projects. FreeEd4Med is not responsible for any data loss.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, FREEED4MED EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FREEED4MED OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PRIVACY ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE).
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from FreeEd4Med if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination of the Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
